Who We Are

Madam Susan Ayub, the Founder and Chairperson of Ayub Legacy Ventures, is a dedicated practicing teacher, counseling psychologist, and certified mediator with years of experience mentoring young people. As a long-time educator at Mwaani Girls’ High School, she has passionately guided students both academically and personally. Her vision for Ayub Legacy Ventures is to extend that mentorship beyond the classroom, empowering youth and underserved communities through education and skill development


Alongside her leadership, the Legacy Ambassadors a committed group of volunteers play a crucial role in driving the organization’s mission forward. These individuals dedicate their time, skills, and resources to mentoring, organizing outreach programs, and supporting children’s homes, ensuring that Ayub Legacy Ventures continues to make a meaningful impact in the community.
